Shipping Policy

 At Mehraaya, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. As our pieces are made to order, we take a little time to prepare each order especially for you.

Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be crafted, packed, and dispatched.

In case of unexpected demand, fabric availability, or other unforeseen delays, we’ll keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping — India

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

International Shipping

Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination country.

Customs clearance may take additional time and is beyond our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

India: Free shipping on all orders.

International: Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and informed to you through DMs after checking your delivery address. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email address, allowing you to track your package until delivery.

Delays

As our pieces are made to order, occasional delays may occur during peak periods, festivals, holidays, or due to courier-related issues. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by our courier partners.

While delays may be outside our control, our team will always be available to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

At Mehraaya, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. We want you to love your order, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t right. 

Domestic Orders

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery incase of damage/incorrect product.

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only. 

• Please report any damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mehraaya.com with an unboxing video for verification. Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings, as well as slight print or texture variations, are not considered defects due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

• A return pickup will be arranged within 2 working days, with a maximum of 2 pickup attempts.

• Store credit is issued within 24 hours of the return being picked up and is valid for 365 days.

• Store credit can be used for the same product in a different size or any other Mehraaya product.

• Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for returns.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• unused and unworn.
• in orignal condition.
• with all the tags intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

International Orders

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.

 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit.

Sale items are non-returnable and non refundable. Expired coupon codes cannot be reissued.
